A floor plan creates an overview and can be presented in either 2D of 3D format. A 3D floor plan gives the viewer an overview of a building and clearly shows the internal connections. You are probably familiar with Funda’s best-known floor plans: “Oh that’s where the stairs are, what a nuisance.”

A standard floor plan may include your corporate colors, but deluxe floor plans come fully furnished. This gives the viewer a good idea where his/her furniture can be placed.
